join other culinary artisans and chocolate lovers at the San Francisco International Chocolate Salon 11th Anniversary event on March 18th.
San Francisco chocolatier Basel B is bringing their jewel-like Chocolate truffles in boxes, candied citrus peel, and flavored marshmallows to the San Francisco Chocolate Salon’s 11th Anniversary event.
Endorfin presents a unique style of chocolate that utilizes fresh coconut for a smooth mouthfeel and coconut blossom sugar for a delicate sweetness. Some of their unique ingredients include Absinthe. Endorfin is currently being spotlighted in Williams-Sonoma’s Artisan Market in Bay Area stores.
Emeryville-based Coracao Confections was established in August 2008 on the premise that chocolates could be ethical, decadent, and healthy. On that idea they set about formulating their line of truffles and bars with no sugar, vegan and raw ingredients, while sourcing organically and fair trade to create something special and tasty. Their most recent milestone was getting FDA Organic certification a few months ago. They have also been recognized by Bay Area A-List as the Best Chocolatier for 2015 & 2016.
