The less sweet and stronger flavored chocolates really floated my boat. That the chocolates are increasingly becoming food, or experiences rather than candy. I love this trend.
Michael's Chocolates and Basel B Inc were at the top of their game, and truly a tie for the Best of Salon! Please continue the same way, gentlemen!
Th level of competition was high ... I appreciate it that several chocolatiers took the time to explain their products. Not because they took the time, but because Sweet 55 and Michaels make excellent products, I think their chocolates are excellent. Z cioccolato creates some amazing flavors. Had I a glass of milk, I might have devoured the raspberry cheese cake.
