Oakland’s Tombo makes toffee that is flavored using herbs, spices and other all-natural ingredients. They currently offer 11 flavors (Rosemary, Cayenne, Ginger, Fennel, Espresso, Lavender, Green Tea, Bourbon, Peppermint, and plain Almond) and will introduce an 11th flavor in early 2017.
Valdivian is a favorite in Ecuador, and creates delicious organic, single origin, artisan dark chocolate bars and disks.
